PAL · Workforce Readiness Platform

Your workforce is trained. Is it ready to execute?

PAL is the AI skilling layer that turns training activity into a measurable, continuously updated view of workforce capability.

You measure revenue, uptime and risk continuously. Capability is still measured once a year, by attendance.

The gap

Training is tracked. Capability isn't.

Most enterprises can report exactly how much learning was consumed — and almost nothing about whether the organisation can actually execute what it has committed to.

Completion is not capability
Course completion tells you attendance was recorded. It does not tell you whether an operator can run the line unsupervised.
Annual review is too slow
Skill gaps surface in incidents, rework and missed ramp targets — months after the point where intervention was cheap.
Risk is invisible until it lands
Critical capability concentrated in one or two people is rarely visible until that person is unavailable.
How it works

Four stages, running continuously.

PAL maps capability to business outcomes, evidences it from systems you already run, closes gaps individually, and reports readiness as a live number.

01
Map
A role-level skill taxonomy for your organisation, with each capability mapped to quality, safety, uptime, revenue or compliance — so readiness is expressed in terms the business already governs.
02
Sense
Evidenced capability, not self-declared. Diagnostics, on-the-job performance, supervisor input and signals from existing systems form an individual baseline.
03
Deliver
An individual pathway per employee, sequenced by gap severity and role criticality — skilling arrives at the moment of need rather than on a training calendar.
04
Measure
The PAL Readiness Index, updated continuously at four levels — individual, team, function and organisation. Readiness data then re-prioritises the skill map as goals, roles and regulations change.
Fit with your stack

PAL doesn't replace your LMS, HRIS or content library.

It reads from them and reasons above them — which is why deployment doesn't require content migration or a platform rip-and-replace.

What leadership sees

Readiness, resolved to the level where you can act on it.

The same index breaks down by site and role — so a number becomes a decision about where to intervene first.

Where to intervene first
Quality at Site C — lowest coverage, and the role most directly tied to defect escape rate.
Concentration risk
Technician capability at Site C sits with two individuals; neither has a certified backup.
Trajectory
Site B closed 11 points in one quarter after pathway sequencing — same approach now applied at Site C.
By role

One platform. Every stakeholder gets the answer they need.

The same readiness data resolves upward — from an individual pathway to an organisational commitment.

Governance & security

Traceable, permissioned, auditable.

Every readiness score and recommendation is traceable — who, when, against which standard, with what evidence — and visible only to the roles entitled to see it.

SSO / SAML
Authenticates against your existing identity provider.
HRIS & LMS integration
Reads role, org and learning data without duplication.
Role-based access
Each role sees only the readiness data it is entitled to.
Full audit trail
Every score and recommendation is attributable and reviewable.
Configurable data residency
Deployment aligned to your jurisdictional requirements.
PAL in practice

Where readiness changes the outcome.

Pharma · Compliance

Keeping GxP training audit-ready between inspections

Regulated manufacturers can evidence that training was completed — but not that the operator is currently competent. We look at how continuous readiness measurement changes what a site can show an auditor.

Sales Enablement

On-the-job skilling and the cost of a slow ramp

Every week a new sales executive spends below quota is margin. When enablement arrives in-flow — at the deal stage where the gap shows — ramp compresses and discovery quality improves earlier.

Manufacturing

Finding single points of failure before they find you

Critical capability concentrated in one or two people is invisible on a completion report. Mapping capability to roles and sites surfaces concentration risk while it is still cheap to fix.

Pharma · Quality

Deviation trends as a capability signal, not just a QA metric

Repeat deviations often trace back to a specific skill gap on a specific shift. Treating quality data as capability evidence turns a lagging indicator into a targeted intervention.

Build or hire — answering it with capability data

Workforce plans usually rest on judgement about what a team could learn. Measured capability change makes that a data question: where internal skilling is closing gaps, and where it isn't.
