Independently measured, not self-reported.

Two pilots — one measuring EvalAI against experienced faculty examiners, one measuring NeoBoard's classroom impact over 30 days.

KBN College ran a direct, script-by-script comparison between manual faculty evaluation and EvalAI across four MCA III Semester subjects — Information Security, Data Science, NoSQL Database, and R Programming. Over 430 answer scripts were evaluated independently by both methods, then compared side by side.

The question was simple: can an AI evaluator be trusted with a postgraduate script at the same standard as an experienced examiner? Across every subject, EvalAI's scoring tracked manual evaluation within a mean deviation of 2–5%, with no systematic bias toward inflating or deflating marks in either direction.

MSR School serves a predominantly first-generation learner population in a Tier-3 town. Like many semi-urban and government-aided schools, it faced a familiar problem: abstract Class VIII STEM topics — cell biology, chemical reactions, geometry, force and motion — were hard to convey through chalk-and-talk alone, leading to low retention and fading interest in science.

LearningPad piloted NeoBoard across Class VIII STEM sections for 30 days, preceded by two hands-on teacher training workshops focused on pedagogical confidence, not just tool familiarity. A structured pre- and post-assessment measured conceptual understanding — not rote recall — against the exact topics taught using NeoBoard.

The sharpest gains came in Biology and Chemistry, where 3D models of cell organelles, molecular bonding and chemical reactions let students visualise concepts they had previously called "confusing" and "invisible."
